Orders are confirmed once payment information is received or Cash on Delivery is selected.
Sunshine Toys reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped through reliable courier partners (TCS, Leopards, Call Courier).
Delivery times may vary depending on your location but generally take 2–5 working days.
Any delays caused by courier services are beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking your package.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Customers must notify us of any defective or wrong item within 48 hours of receiving their order.
Returns and exchanges are accepted if the product is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days.
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive the returned product.
Some items, such as art supplies or clearance items, may be non-returnable (this will be mentioned on the product page).

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Sunshine Toys is not responsible for unauthorized use of your account.
