At Sunshine Toys, we want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is an issue.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

  • Opened art supplies (paints, crayons, markers).

  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective).

  • Custom or personalized products.


3. Process for Returns & Exchanges

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Share your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos (if defective or wrong product).

  3. Once approved, ship the item back to us using a reliable courier.

  4. After inspection, we will process your refund, replacement, or store credit.


4. Refund Options

  • Refund to Original Payment Method: If paid via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash, refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Store Credit: Option to receive full amount as store credit for future purchases (processed faster).

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash after return approval.


5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately with photos/videos.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, depending on stock availability.


7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by contacting us immediately. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
